This is a Victorian embroidered lace collar, c.11 dia, from outside. 
 
This is one of a collection of victorian textiles I have for sale, mainly collars, but other pieces of trim, & bits & pieces. I haven't washed or cleaned any of these items, they are in good condition, it looks as if they have been sitting in a drawer for the whole of the 20th century !!
